St Mary’s Church, Lasham - water supply

AS a small village with no village hall, Lasham uses its church for village meetings, as a polling station and for other regular uses.

St Mary’s Church wanted a grant to connect the church to mains water so that it can install toilets and kitchen facilities. Its ambition is to enable the church to serve as a full village hall so that it can also bring in some further income to sustain itself.

The grant from Star Energy Community Fund made this happen.
