Hearing for all at Shere Village Hall

THE sound system currently used at Shere Village Hall is nearing the end of its life and needs to be replaced. The hall has no facilities for people with hearing difficulties and aims to install a permanently wired system that also includes a sound loop for deaf-aid users.

The need has been confirmed through a survey of hall users. At present, some people do not attend village events because they cannot follow proceedings.
